Where to request a refund

Find the order confirmation email you received at the time of purchase. It names the seller and the payment processor, and includes their support contact. Refund requests must go to them — we cannot issue a refund for a transaction we never received.

Typical terms

Most merchants featured here offer a money-back guarantee within a stated window (commonly 60 to 180 days). The exact window, and whether shipping is refundable, is stated on the merchant's checkout page at the moment of purchase. Read it before you buy.

What we can do

If you cannot locate the merchant's contact details, write to [email protected] with the date of purchase and the product name and we will point you to the right place. We cannot authorise, process or guarantee any refund.

Chargebacks

Please contact the merchant before opening a dispute with your bank. Most cases are resolved faster directly.
